Uintah Gas Fireplaces was really great to work with. They were patient through the many many questions I had in narrowing down just the right fireplace for our basement. Their installers were really courteous and professional. After running the fireplace for a while we werent’ quite happy with how the flame looked, so I called Uintah Gas Fireplaces back and Shane, the owner, came out the next day and modified it to look how we wanted. Really great experience overall with them.
We had two installs through Uintah Gas Fireplaces. A new burner and remote switch upstairs and a new freestanding gas stove in the basement. Not only was Shane (owner) great to deal with Aaron in Sales was also very helpful if Shane was not avaliable. The install crew of Rich and Cooly new what there doing and very professional. They took time make sure our home was clean and in order when they were finished. They had a vaccum and drop cloths at the ready during install. Great company to work with and would do it again without hesitation or worry.
We purchased a house that needed to be fully remodeled. That meant in a short period of time we had to have many different contractors doing many different things. Let me mention tight, firm budget. Let me further mention tight, firm time frame. Oh and let’s throw in it being summer time when everyone is really busy and hard to coordinate because of vacation schedules. From demo, drywall, plumbing, electrical, window treatments, tile, granite, wood, cabinets, bath fixtures, movers, doors, carpenters, framers and HVAC we spent a lot of time and called around a bunch.
The easiest step in the entire process was Uintah Gas Fireplaces. They go in to give me a bid the day after I called. They were on time. They were informative and even talked me out of an expense I thought I needed. Saved me money and taught me why I didn’t really need to do it. Anyone else would have upsold me in a heartbeat. They gave me three options in a bid the same day so I could choose what I could afford and needed. They got my work fully completed the next day. From the first person I spoke to who gave me the bid, to the sales man I had the pleasure of working with to the install tech I had nothing but a smooth process. 100% by far the easiest part of my entire renovation project. I should also mention they are great to work with because the end product is as expected, the prices are very fair and they handle more than just one thing.
